Terms of Service

1. Description of service

AdmitPath provides shortlist generation, SOP review, and visa interview preparation tools. We are not an immigration agency or a licensed education agent, and we do not provide legal or immigration advice. We cannot and do not guarantee any university admission or visa outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AdmitPath. The information you enter (academic results, test scores, budget, and any text you submit for review) must be your own and accurate to the best of your knowledge — the tool's output is only as useful as what you put into it.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to scrape, bulk-extract, or resell the university database or AI outputs; don't use automated tools to call the AI review/interview endpoints outside normal interactive use; don't submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights. We may rate-limit or suspend access for accounts or IPs that abuse the service.

4. AI-generated content

Shortlist tiers, SOP feedback, and visa interview follow-ups are generated by a third-party AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or advice that doesn't fit your specific situation. Review everything before acting on it. AdmitPath does not write your Statement of Purpose for you — the SOP tool gives feedback and suggestions on your own draft, and the final wording is always yours.

5. University data accuracy

University entry requirements, tuition ranges, and similar data are compiled from public information and may change over time, especially between admissions cycles — always confirm against the official programme page (linked from each result) before relying on it. AI-generated shortlist suggestions, SOP feedback, and visa interview simulation are for reference only and do not constitute an admission guarantee or professional legal advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your final application materials.

6. Payment & refunds

• All plans are one-time payments — no automatic subscriptions or renewals
• Entry / Core plans are instantly-delivered digital content; once you've used the review/generation features, purchases are generally non-refundable. If the service is genuinely broken (e.g. the review feature is persistently unavailable), contact support within 7 days of purchase for a refund
• For the human-service portion of the Premium plan, a full refund is available if the advisor has not yet started work

7. Premium advisor scheduling, rescheduling & no-shows

• After purchasing Premium, you'll receive a scheduling link by email within 1 business day to book your 30-minute session
• You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your booked time at no extra cost, using the link in your confirmation email
• If you miss a scheduled session without rescheduling in advance, contact us — a one-time make-up session is offered on a reasonable-effort basis, but repeated no-shows may forfeit the human-service portion of Premium
• If we need to reschedule (advisor unavailability, technical issue), we'll offer the next available slot at no cost to you

8. Intellectual property

The AdmitPath platform, its design, and its university database are owned by AdmitPath. You retain full ownership of the content you submit (your SOP draft, interview answers, and profile details) — we use it only to generate your results, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

AdmitPath depends on third-party services (a hosted AI provider, Stripe) that can have their own outages or slowdowns outside our control. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change as the product evolves.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdmitPath is not liable for a failed application, a refused visa, or any other indirect loss arising from use of this service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AdmitPath is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
